This notice explains how EGPZ Clean uses information supplied through this website. For questions or requests about your information, contact sam@gotmerch.co.uk, our current enquiry contact.
What you share with us
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, postcode, preferred cleaning frequency and message. If you choose to include a home estimate, we also receive the selected room counts and provisional estimate. Please do not include payment details, access codes or sensitive personal information in the form.
How we use it
We use these details to answer your enquiry, check the service area and discuss a cleaning plan and quote. Where you ask about arranging a clean, this processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. For other questions, our legitimate interest is responding to people who contact the business. We do not use an enquiry as permission to send marketing messages.
Who processes the enquiry
Submitting the form sends its contents to FormSubmit, which performs a spam check and delivers the enquiry to our email inbox. FormSubmit states that it keeps a submission archive for 30 days. See its privacy notice and service documentation. Our email provider also processes messages so we can receive and reply to them.
Cloudflare provides our website hosting infrastructure. Hosting and security providers process technical information, such as connection details, to deliver and protect the website. Provider services may process information outside the UK; their notices describe their handling and international processing. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence while handling your request and any necessary follow-up. We review it when the enquiry is closed and remove information that is no longer needed. If you become a customer, relevant correspondence may be kept for providing the service, keeping business records or resolving a dispute.
Cookies and the estimator
The room estimator runs in your browser. Room choices are included in an enquiry only when you select “Enquire about this clean”. We have not added advertising trackers or optional analytics. FormSubmit’s spam checks and the hosting providers may use their own security technologies when you use their services.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us to request access to or correction of your information, or ask about deletion, restricting use, objecting to processing or data portability, where these rights apply. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
